Employee enters the work order and the system popluates the client and location. Once task is complete the employee enters the time on-site, submits the time sheet and the system geo-taggs their location confirming the employee was on site with a date and time stamp.
Daily timesheet
Employees can manage their time responsibily by editing their daily timesheets to reflect changes such as inefficiencies or time overage changes should they be delayed. Admin can also edit submitted timesheets with notifications sent out if hours are changed.
Weekly timesheet
Employees can can view and edit their weekly totals but not beyond the standard work week. Changes after the week can be edited by admin. Running totals of this week and last week can be compared to see % of change at the end of each week.
