Our crews work hard and they look out for one another. Journeypeople take the time to bring apprentices along, people pitch in when a job runs long, and good work gets noticed. Leadership is hands-on, and there is room to take on more responsibility as your skills and experience grow.
The Thor shop also includes an employee lounge and recreation space where teams can connect before and after shifts, with amenities including a golf simulator, hockey shooting area and gathering space.
